Redspokes have been one of our original web design customers since we first set up business in 2013 when our company founder cycled through Peru and walked the Inca Trail with them on a 3 week cycling tour. Little did they know this would become a life changing experience upon where Daly Design would be formed on our founder’s return to Wales.
Over the years our web designers have rebuilt and upgraded their website, modernising it and leading the rankings within Google. Through new corporate branding, various website redesigns, SEO, marketing literature, exhibition displays and social media campaigns, we have helped them increase turnover year after year.
Redspokes provide cycling tours and holidays throughout the world. These holidays range from countries such as Loas, Cambodia and Thailand to countries like Peru, Bolivia, and Tibet. While staying close to home they provide short trips from London to Brighton and even organising charity rides. They’re in a competitive market and have trusted our web designers to guide them through the never ending changes of staying at the top of Google. Through ongoing SEO analysis, our marketing team have continued to analyse keywords, phrases, studied browsing habits and optimised coding to ensure the organic web traffic is fruitful, with a low bounce rate thus ensuring bookings are high and business is booming.
Each year, the custom built website our web designers created for them has an advanced content management system (CMS) that allows them to change a holiday details, manage imagery and on the fly Automatic PDF creation of holiday brochures.
Recent web design upgrades include an integrated bespoke booking system whereby clients can log in and book their own holidays, which will then allow the customers to pay online through a bespoke online payment system.
This year, the website has benefitted from some more serious feature upgrades, especially through detailed customer reports and automation of customer notifications and document generation. Though these web upgrades may not appear to be radical, from a business owner’s perspective, it is a massive time saving upgrade whereby collating reports, contacting customers sending out documentation about the holiday for each customer, in the past it took 30 minutes per customer, now 15 customers can be sent this information within 15 seconds… that’s a saving of nearly 4 hours per tour, and when your organising 40 tours a year, that’s a saving of 160 hours of paid staff wages per year! ….this is one of the best website upgrades any business could benefit from.
